CANCER: Unfortunately in this day and age it's not a matter of "if "but rather a matter of "when "some of us, or someone very close to us will have to fight this battle. We are asking for your help in raising funds to battle this disease.

You may not be familiar with adventure racing? We can tell you that this race will most definitely be the most challenging 48 hours of our lives. It's a 48 hour (no sleep) 240 km course involving orienteering, mountain biking, canoeing, ascending, rappelling, white water rafting, zip lining, hiking and in line skating. To be eligible for the race we need to raise a minimum of $1300.00 for Cancer. With the race being held in the Ottawa region, this $1300.00 will go towards Cancer Care Ontario. Being a MANITOBA TEAM, we have set a goal of raising a minimum of an ADDITIONAL $3000.00 to give to our local Cancer Charity, "THE NEVER ALONE FOUNDATION". www.neveralonefoundation.ca

All proceeds raised will be donated directly to the above mentioned charities. A 100 % tax deductible receipt will be issued by the charity organization.
